who are we?
Luxari Travel is made up of a team of three highly experienced travel experts who are dedicated to making your travel dreams come true. Our experts are Ari, Gina, and Mollie, each with unique backgrounds and specialised skills in the travel industry.
Ari is our business owner; he understands the importance of travel for work and leisure. Alongside planning people’s dream holidays, he is the Head of Sound for a well-known theatre show on their international tour. Ari combines his business skills and love for travel to ensure that our clients' needs are met. He knows the ins and outs of the industry and has the expertise needed to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
Gina has worked in the travel industry for over a decade and works as International Cabin Crew flying alongside marketing our business. Her knowledge in international travel, airlines, and worldwide destinations means that she is the perfect person to guide you towards a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Mollie is our group tour expert who has been travelling the world for over a decade. After living in Australia for 10 years, she has a specialist knowledge of down under! She currently works for a group tours expert tour operator and has past experience in booking trips to some of the most exclusive destinations in the world.
We feel there’s a gap of independent travel concierge consultants out there who genuinely believe in experiencing the things they sell. We pride ourselves on our experience - between the three of us, we have been to over 80 countries, flown on 50+ airlines in different classes of travel, cruised on 5 different ships, and stayed in lots of different accommodation from glamping to 6* full service properties. There’s not much we can’t recommend after personally experiencing it, or knowing someone who has!

Outside of our personal specialised areas, we have a great network of people who travel and provide recommendations, so if we haven’t been to your chosen destination, it’s likely we know someone who has that we can trust to provide first hand knowledge on where and when to go.

During the planning stages of your holiday, we will put a formal quote & itinerary in writing for you, including a complete overview of all prices and terms & conditions. You will then be sent a secure link to finalise your booking.
You can choose to make a payment up front in full, or use our direct debit payment service to pay in installments.

Dependent on your booking, there may be some additional costs to pay on arrival to your destination, such as resort fees. We will make sure that you are fully aware of all costs during the time of planning your holiday if there are any additional costs to be paid once you’ve departed for your holiday.
